Welcome to Penang Premium Ride, operated by IBT Smart Enterprise (PG0489892-M). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking.

2. Services

We provide premium chauffeur services, car rentals, and private tours in Penang and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized channels.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
• Prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include applicable taxes.
• We accept major credit cards, online banking, and e-wallet payments.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service: Full refund.
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: No refund.
• No-shows will not be eligible for any refund.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup location and contact information.
• Be ready at the designated pickup time and location.
• Treat our vehicles and drivers with respect.
• No smoking, eating, or drinking alcohol inside the vehicle.
• Any damage caused by the customer will be charged accordingly.

6. Our Responsibilities

• Provide clean, well-maintained vehicles.
• Employ professional, licensed drivers.
• Ensure punctual service to the best of our ability.
• Maintain comprehensive insurance coverage.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide excellent service, we shall not be liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, accidents, or government restrictions.
