Payment
Pay a 30% deposit to confirm, or the full amount with 5% off. You pay online by card (Visa or Mastercard), FPX online banking or GrabPay.
Security deposit
Listed with each car where it applies.
Insurance
Our terms state we maintain comprehensive insurance coverage. Full Coverage Insurance with zero excess is optional at RM80 per day.
Fuel
Not included. Prepaid Fuel (RM120) lets you return the car empty.
Tolls
Not included. The two Penang bridges (towards the island) and the expressways are tolled, so keep a Touch ’n Go card handy.
Damage
Damage caused by the renter is charged, as set out in our terms. No smoking, eating or alcohol inside the car.
Cancellation
Full refund 48 hours or more before pickup, 50% at 24 to 48 hours, none under 24 hours or for a no-show.
Driving licence
Our online terms do not set out a separate licence or age rule yet. Email us before you book if you have a question about yours.

How much is car rental in Penang?
Self-drive rental starts from RM150 per day for the Perodua Myvi Gen 3. Each car shows its daily price, and the total for your dates appears before you pay. Tolls and fuel are not included.
How much do I pay when I book?
You choose at checkout: pay a 30% deposit to confirm the booking, or pay the full amount and get 5% off.
Are tolls and fuel included?
No. Self-drive rentals exclude tolls and fuel. If you would rather not refuel, add Prepaid Fuel at checkout (RM120) and return the car empty.
Can I collect the car at Penang Airport?
Yes. Add Airport Delivery at checkout (RM40) and the car is delivered to the airport terminal.
Is insurance included?
Our terms state that we maintain comprehensive insurance coverage. For zero excess, add Full Coverage Insurance at checkout (RM80 per day). Our terms also say that damage caused by the customer is charged.
Do you have 7-seat cars?
Yes. Perodua Alza 2022, Perodua Aruz, Toyota Voxy, Hyundai Staria, Toyota Alphard 3rd Gen, Toyota Vellfire 3rd Gen are listed with 7 or more seats.
Can I rent a car with a driver instead?
Yes. A car with a chauffeur is booked separately, by the trip or by the hour, and those prices include tolls and fuel.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel 48 hours or more before pickup for a full refund, or 24 to 48 hours before for a 50% refund. Cancellations under 24 hours and no-shows are not refunded.
