How much is a private driver in Penang per hour?
A chauffeur-driven Toyota Alphard is RM100 per hour, with a minimum of 4 hours (RM400). Tolls and fuel are included.
Is there a full-day rate?
Yes. Book 10 hours or more within Penang and 2 hours are free, so a 10-hour day costs RM800 in an Alphard. The free hours apply to trips within Penang only.
What is included?
The vehicle, a professional chauffeur, tolls and fuel for the hours you book. The car and driver are yours for the whole booking.
How long can I book a driver for?
From 4 to 12 hours in one booking. For more days, make one booking per day.
Can I make several stops?
Yes. Enter your pickup and main destination when you book, then list your other stops in the Special requests box at checkout.
Can the driver take us outside Penang?
Yes. Choose Outside Penang in the Tour form. The pickup must be in Penang.
How many passengers?
Choose a Toyota Alphard or Toyota Vellfire. Each vehicle takes up to 5 passengers. For a bigger group, book a second vehicle.
How do I pay?
Online at checkout by card (Visa or Mastercard), FPX online banking or GrabPay. Hourly hire is paid in full when you book.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel 48 hours or more before the service for a full refund, or 24 to 48 hours before for a 50% refund. Cancellations under 24 hours and no-shows are not refunded.
