The route and what to see in Ipoh
From Penang airport to Ipoh city centre is about 150 km, almost all on the North-South Expressway heading south through Perak. Allow around 2 hours of driving without stops; from the island add time for the bridge and traffic in and out of George Town.
If you are going for the day, a few ideas people often plan around, to fit your own interests: the heritage streets of Ipoh Old Town, the cave temples on the edge of the city such as Sam Poh Tong and Perak Tong, Kellie's Castle near Batu Gajah, and local food such as Ipoh white coffee and bean sprout chicken. Check opening times with each place before you set off.

We book each Alphard or Vellfire for up to 5 passengers, which leaves room for luggage in a 7-seat MPV. For a bigger group, book a second vehicle.
How do I pay?
You pay online at checkout by card (Visa or Mastercard), FPX online banking or GrabPay. Chauffeur bookings are paid in full when you book.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Cancel 48 hours or more before pickup for a full refund, or 24 to 48 hours before for a 50% refund. Cancellations under 24 hours and no-shows are not refunded.
